My Reports not reporting?

My Reports went from reporting sales this month to now saying there are no records to be found in the current month. A new book that is live now has a rank so I know it's sold at least one copy but no idea how many. Has anyone else had this problem with My Reports not reporting?

I'm having the same problem. This happens once in a while. They've always corrected it in the past, though, before too long, and restored all the records accurately. I'm guessing it's a similar glitch.

Hi - Just to let you know that, as of circa 5:25 pm, eastern, my reports suddenly show no transactions either, so I assume it's a partial-system glitch, which presumably will be corrected.

My Monthly report went from 11 units sold as of yesterday to 2 units sold as of today... Is this the same type of issue all of you are experiencing? If its happened in the past, how are we to know if once restored, the number of sales are restored accurately?

It's been a slow month - only 3 sales. And this afternoon, they disappeared.
Any idea what's going on?

All my sales were wiped clean sometime today and now the report registers only $2.80 which I presume are this past hour's downloads.......?!
Sales have been suspiciously low this month for many DTP publishers, despite all the new markets that are to have opened up for us internationally, and then this.
NO CONFIDENCE, Amazon.

Ours went from $108. (lowest month ever) then disappeared entirely and now shows a ridiculous 4 sales total month-to-date.

Same here.
same old same old.
I love the idea of being able to sell my work that had previously been languishing on my hard drive but if I were in this as a business I'd be pulling my hair out with all the continual glitches.

Ok. Now the report is not blank but it gives completely wrong info (this morning I had several times more sales).

Mine disappeared, too. :sigh: - had to check the date on my computer to make sure it wasn't november 1st.
